**IMPORTANT** When you visit for the first time, this information will be reviewed by you and a team member You will need to complete additional paperwork required by the state of South Carolina before your family's account may be activated. This paperwork can be found on our website or will be given to you on your first visit. We will keep your family's information on file awaiting activation until you come into the center for your first visit.
